Over the half year that we had the opportunity to work together, I saw how Jackson grew as a designer and artist. He was willing to take on any project that I had for him to do, and was able to come up with some very creative designs for the tasks that were assigned to him. On many of the projects that were given to Jackson, he came up with a number of innovative solutions for the layouts, and when he applied for the internship position, he came in with a lot of enthusiasm and excitement. This impressed me greatly and because of this, we hired him for the position. That same enthusiasm carried over into his work and I could tell that he loved doing what was asked of him.
